<font face="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><span style="font-size:11pt">Make sure the PPD is created using the same drivers that are deployed on the machine you added the printer from and the machine you’re adding the printer to.<br>

That’s been my experience when that happens, a mismatch in driver pack versions.<br>

They get installed but then they are paused. I can unpause them but people who do not have admin privileges do not have the ability to unpause a printer.
