<html><head></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">Hi-<div><br></div><div>Has anyone run into clients seemingly "falling off" the service? I had a user contact me today that his Self Service was showing "no authorization" and it turned out that his machine was no longer in the JSS. I reproduced the issue on my own machine by deleting my machine from the JSS. When trying to then run a "jamf recon" in that state, I was returned a "bad username or password" - which I assume is normal because the JSS no longer knows anything about my machine (including what the ssh username or password should be).</div><div><br></div><div>Anyone see this and/or have a fix that doesn't include reinstalling the client? (Which works fine.)</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks</div><div><br></div><div>j<br><div>
